● Accurate Delivery time Control, strictly follow agreed schedule.
ZQV guarantee to the purchasers that delivered products must have met the standards and specifications described in technical drawings , all orders will have no defects in materials or workmanship within 18 months, from the date of shipment for goods that shown on the BL, or within 12 months from the date of product installation (whichever is earlier).
Upon written notification and suitable evidence of the defective product from the purchaser, ZQV further guarantee that if the product fails to meet the standard within the warranty period, ZQV will, of their own expense, choose to repair the product or replace it with a brand new product, or refunded at the price of purchase.
